FRONT END DEVELOPER – SMART TV

 

Developer responsible for the technical design and implementation of frontend functionality for streaming and media TV apps.

Basic Qualifications

-Extensive knowledge of front end technologies HTML5, CSS3, Angular JS, JavaScript, JQuery, Responsive Web Design

-Experience in developing Smart TV applications (vendor SDKs)

-Experience with version control systems like Git, Stash required.

-Experience with build tools such as Jenkins is strongly desired

-Good  level understanding of Web Services (REST, SOAP), clear understanding of  HTTP error codes

-Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS

-A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, and software design

-Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications

-Experience with XML, JSON

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), experience working with AWS and familiarity interacting with the AWS APIs; experience with networking, properly architecting high availability systems, and security in an AWS context
