  • L’utente deve avere competenze Lato server solo di gestione Active Directory e gestire lato Server Exchange.
  • Conoscenza di reti informatiche – Classiche tipologie a stella – router – switch – protocollo ip
  • Conoscenza base Di MPLS  –
  • Competenza hardware per diagnosi Apparati informatici es: —Computer Desktop e Laptop
  • Competenza ottima su Pacchetto Office 2010 e superiore, programmi ufficio vari o utility
  • Installazione di S.O (Windows 7) messa a dominio PC
  • Reti Dominio Microsoft
  • Configurazione E-mail Client Outlook (Con Server Exchange)
  • Collegamento Stampanti di rete TCP IP
  • Troubleshooting
